Fun in the snow in Immenstadt
Two double chairlifts take you up to the Mittagberg. Thanks to the 1,452-metre altitude, Mittag is considered snow-sure from January to March.
A 5.2 km natural toboggan run leads from the top station of the Mittagbahn directly into the valley. A wonderful pleasure.
Sledge hire at the valley station
You can rent sledges at the valley station from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Rental fee 10,00 Euro and deposit 20,00 Euro (without guarantee of course).
Wonderful ski tours start at the mountain station of the Mittagbahn. Snowshoe hikes and groomed winter hiking trails lead to the Bärenköpfle.
The skiing area Alpsee-Grünten is only about 10 km away from Immenstadt. Here, beginners, returning skiers, and experienced skiers can feel at home. Cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and tobogganing are all part of the program.
It is only about 30 km to the mountain railways in Oberstdorf (Kleinwalsertal). Skiers are expected here from mid-December.
