1906

The building was constructed in 1906.

The building at Bahnhofstraße 30 was erected in 1909 by the Bayerische Handelsbank, which was based in Immenstadt from July 1, 1906.

1920

In 1920, Bayerische Handelsbank was taken over by Bayerische Vereinsbank, and with it the building in Bahnhofstrasse. From then on, the bank operated under the name Bayerische Vereinsbank.

1966

In 1965/1966, the volume of business had grown so much that the bank premises were expanded and redesigned.

Mid-1970s

In the mid-1970s, as a result of internal restructuring, the bank in Immenstadt became a branch of the Bayerische Vereinsbank branch in Sonthofen.

1991 bis 1997

Further modernization and remodeling took place in 1991 and 1997.

1998

On September 1, 1998, the two stock corporations Bayerische Vereinsbank AG and Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechselbank AG merged to form Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG, which also operated the bank in Immenstadt from that date.

2015

In spring 2015, the branch in Immenstadt was closed and the bank premises were converted into apartments.

2022

2022, the building was completely gutted and converted into a modern lifestyle hotel. The first guests moved into their rooms in mid-December.
